I remember it being virtual fighter

A sad truth.

It's been 25 years of Virtua Fighter this month!
The original launched in Japanese arcades in October 1993.
What are your favourite games in the series? Do you still play? Favourite experiences with arcade or home versions?

I personally discovered the series with 1, but 2 was my favourite Sega Saturn game, and I played the hell out of it with friends.
I used to play 3 a lot at the arcades when I went, but not a high level or anything.

I still remember how mind blowing 3's graphics looked, one of the most impressive games I've ever seen to this day.

Hmm learn something new everyday I guess.

Looking to emulate pic related. IIRC mame has trouble emulating it properly. Is this still a thing? Any other emulator out there that can give me VF perfection?
