We live in strange times when Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter actually run on the same engine.

Always threw me off how every character in Klassik MKs ('cept for Goros and whatnot) had pretty much the same build and shared the same basic handling -with only some minor tweaks in speed and reach between them- I'm guessing to simplify the game balancing beyond the special moves as much as possible.
