Heartland turns out pretty good. Much better than I expected from screenshots. I also figured out how to configure controls to something acceptable after discovering that it's possible to set vertical sensitivity to 0 after enabling mouselook. This combination of settings prevents mouse from affecting movement while also disables vertical mouselook. Imo this should be default for a port like this.
