What should I do about this?

This current arrangement is obviously temporary(I plan to cut the rca leads off and solder the loose wires together)but I have no idea if there will be a ground wire mixed up in there somewhere.

Also, any idea why it won't accept video from a SNES/N64?

Not technically retro, but I only plan to use it for gameboy games and such, so it kind of counts I guess.

No soldering iron, solder, wire stripper or anything else, so this is this is about all I can do for now.

That black wire is ground, isn't it? I should probably do something about that.
