I'm thinking kind of like in MMX when you get the buster upgrade, you get another level of charge.

Like a running jump? The faster you run, the longer you jump. Again, don't know if this is possible.

Maybe something that affects healing, like a Ring of Regeneration that heals a little bit over time and breaks after reaching a certain amount healed, or an amulet that boost the healing effect of food?

>Speed boots (Need a new name)
Mercury Boots, Pegasus Hooves, Boots of Dragonic Speed, Seven Miles Boots, BlazBoots, Blazing Wind, Blazing Boots, Shoes of the Fastest. This is harder than I thought.
