Shadow (Vi:69,Sp:110,St:30,MagPwr:51)
Celes (Vi:43,Sp:96,St:34,MagPwr:99){stats went up slightly after stealing and equipping ragnarok from tier 3}
Locke (Vi:65,Sp:113,St:33,MagPwr:54)

(hopefully after such an anal retentive playthru i wont want to play again for a couple years...)

Right, I used to get annoyed and confused as a kid trying to get everyone's evade up and wondering why only shadow would ever seem to dodge anything physically (due to interceptor auto-evading physicals at 50% rate automatically, when he was around)
