Once in while I do this with some classic or another like Thief or UNreal or something more obscure, but fuck.

Playing Quake feels so good, I really like it over Quake 2, the atmosphere is so cool, the textures, the nice low poly models, the feel of the weapons the combat the NIN ambient soundtrack.
Only now I feel I am appreciating its movement and combat and simplicity of design. We cant pull this today.

Are there any good mod campaigns\map packs out there for more you guys recommend? The op image does not mention any.
