To anon that looked for an origin of this STBAR, it was most likely from Mutiny - there was a lot of custom content in it.

No idea if he's still looking and even if he's here, but reposting it so he'd see it.

Does anybody recognize this status bar?

I nabbed it from Dinomensch, but i've been trying to figure out the original source.

I have no clue where it's from, and combing through /idgames hasn't turned up much.

I even e-mailed Impie, asking where he got it, and he said he didn't know either.

In absence of other options, i have decided to turn here for assistance.
