Spic here, still love to play some KoF on the arcades, I have played all of them since 94'.
The thing is, nobody likes to play the older versions like 98' or 2000, people just play the hacked version of 2002 (plus, magic plus, etc). I get it, dudes enjoy infinite supers and it's fun to do combos and shit but it gets annoying when they just spam supers or play with fucking Rugal. There's characters like Kula or K9999 that are super cheap and it kills all the challenge. We call it "jugar a lo culón" or play like a pussy.
Don't get me wrong, I actually like 2002 a lot, but my fav is still 98'.
