KSBD is known for somewhat unique design of its races and monsters, attention to details in the pages, and its kosmology that takes from hinduism, buddism and mixes in christianity and many other religions.
For instance the Angels of this universe go after the "close to bible" horror style with numerous eyes, wings and shapes. That all is an outer shell, however as an actual angel is either vapour or liquid form. Their bodies had to be molded and cast from clay, metals and other materials. Initial gods-creators of the worlds have long since died, and their petrified corpses (as well as corpses of their Prime Angels) litter the Throne World. Now demons, and other denisens of the Throne inhabit their carved-out remains, turning them into mobile fortresses (on the left of picrelated)

I think the aforementioned Throne world would be an interesting place to set an FPS in, with all the various races, demons, angels and the mechanics of their interactions described in the comic
