To get ReShade working with Might and Magic 6 you need this ddraw to opengl wrapper, it's very handy with lot other older Win games too -

Then you can install ReShade and add CRT emulation and bit of extra stuff (someone has ported retroarch shaders to reshade too)

It makes the game bit more bearable in my opinion. I hate this certain mid 90s Windows 95 game look. Dos games didn't have that at all but it started to appear at some point.
