Last price for Odin Pro was 400€ and it's sold out.

Going into any "off topic" section is a guaranteed way of finding out that somebody whose material you like is a fucking moron outside of your hobby.

As part of my career arc, I read news and current affairs for at least 6 hours a day but usually around 8. It's not as long as you think if you love what you do.

I'm pretty sure that nobody in the doom communities bar a few would know more than me about most pressing news (and I read places that they get their opinions from anyway) so I don't even bother reading their views on anything other than doom.

If I were to make a profile and speak to people all I'd ever speak about is things doom related and be nice to people as I don't view people in this forum as friends or colleagues I'd bounce ideas off. They're just going to repeat whatever newspaper they read the most says and I read them all. I could probably articulate their stupid opinions I don't even agree with better than they could.

It's depressing and true that old theory of anything that isn't explicitly against identity politics/Marxist bullshit inevitably becomes a beacon for it.

There was some guy in the tech world who made quite a bit of money shorting companies that hired SJ types to run things as they would inevitably fuck the company up.

These people are exactly the same wherever they are, I have found. They'll say something contentious eg: "oh woe is me, everybody hates me and is [x]ist, please tell me I'm amazing, /pol/ or something", get disagreed with, report them and learn nothing from the experience and slowly build an echo chamber until it collapses and their community starts anew.

Seriously, read that post, see how long it is.
How important does this person think they are to vomit out their entire life story expecting us all to care about the small details....
