Ah! Just discovered another fun thing. So, in this room, IF you are facing Hunters (it's either Hunters or Zombies) and actually want to kill them; after you've killed the first one, go on the right and then upstairs. That will "wake up" the 2nd Hunter hidden in the water. Now go back on the staircases on the right, and you can kill it through the staircase as the Hunter is running like a retard against the wall.
