It was an arcade game, I wanna say late 90s early 00s.

All I remember is there's this cruise ship taken over by terrorists and you choose from 3 characters to board it with a spec ops team or something to rescue the president's daughter (???). Then your leader betrays you or something and you gotta fight him on a disco floor, then the girl says she wants to see who is the strongest or something and then you need to fight the other player with you.
