Dude come on, everybody knew about it; it was supposed to be the Genesis' SF2 in the same way Streets of Rage 2 was its Final Fight. Which is dumb, because it already had a SF port.

I liked the elaborate high concept setting and characters, but the game ultimately sucked because of dumb controls design and a very discouraging difficulty curve.
