Would it be massively inappropriate to have a /vr/ feels thread?

>learn about an old game that sounds amazing
>get stoked to play it and get hold of a copy
>it's as good as you hoped, getting really into it
>looking up some information about it
>find out you've been playing an inferior version of the game
>tfw can never play the game for the first time again with the original/definitive version

They started off as a juke box repair company, the guys who did the early arcade stuff like Frogger & Scramble now work for Treasure.

My most vivid early gaming memories are SMB, but the first game I can remember playing was Frogger.

A little less lame and generic, but I know that feel.

I think, but I'm not positive.
