So I'd like to acquire a cheap CRT medical monitor. I live in the middle of the city and there are plenty of hospitals in the area (including the one that I go to school at).

Is it possible that any of the hospitals still have old medical monitors laying around somewhere? And if so, how should I go about finding out if anyone has any and how to purchase one from them. I don't think I can just walk up to the director and ask.

But I sure as fuck would like to pick up one locally for a couple bucks rather than spending a hundred or two to get one shipped.
