I like a lot of the more fantastical designs, or going deep into extinct animals, or near extinct. Like I don't mind an ice cream cone pokemon, I hate that it's a mixed sweeper, maybe make it not suck? Also, I know there's like 400 varieties of song birds, but to me, it's kinda the same thing. We don't need flying/normals 50 times. A lot of gen 3 pokemon are incredinbly creative and took the series in good direction. A mummy, a moon, a big loud asshole, a fighting fungus kangaroo thing...? Im into it. It's the sameness that tires me more than anything. Oh look another fish, flower, or quirky psychic thing..... like....ugh. come on.
