With those guys, coolies, the speed of the enemies, the tracking on their 'hitscanning' and how you can't steer it off, I'd certainly consider it the hardest on all fronts. It's funny because you're also given nukes and smoke bombs so it's at times the easiest; it's a hot fun mess.
I've been going through episode 2 of Duke and I actually fucking LOVE it, these drones are nowhere near as bad as I remember after tons of ninjas and cultists.
