Target-spy has a pretty good custom crosshair function. Especially helpful for mods with off-set weapons/point of aim.

I found it rummaging into the gameplay mods section of zdoom forums
Im gonna try it now with this

the community updated and fixed BD Monsters Only
I have one question tho
should I load the gameplay weapon mod before or after BD Monsters Only?
