Which fan missions do you taffers think are worth playing?

Should games be modded for their first playthrough?
Are you getting the full experience if you use graphic update mods or some balance patches, or should you go in as dry as possible for the original feel to it?

I'm glad you read my post in your dead thread, OP.

One of my all time favourite games, but I've never been able to figure out the optimal way of approaching the save feature. It's too risky to never save at all, because even if you master the stealth mechanics, the game can fuck you over with platforming, which is too clunky. On the other hand, you can quickly start relying on the saves to the point of losing all tension.
How do you guys do it?
