/vr/ - Retro Games

I asked /g/ and they had nothing. Are there any mini PCs out now that can run some version of Linux or XP and emulators like Higan and Kega Fusion well? Keyword is well. Not something that can only run while the PC is in some boost mode or something.

This is a topic I know about because I can not play any retro game on a LCD without a strobe or interpolation. The former being preferable.
