Lmao no. A single PS1 CD can hold 700MB
Nintendo lost that gen for a reason

But it didn't because people didn't have 30 years of experience and communal knowledge with specific hardware while it's still relevant

The entire reason ZSNES was popular for so long is that it ran on the weakest pieces of dog shit. It was already shit in the mid 00s if you wanted to play anything else than SMW romhacks

When people post footage of Half-Life you always see different parts of the game
When people post footage of Duke Nukem 3D, it's always just the first stage
Really makes you think...

IBM-compatibles never became obsolete because they kept releasing new hardware that upgraded the architecture everybody used. In fact, if you're currently posting from an x86 machine, you're using an IBM-compatible

It's great. You can even make it so recovery hearts never drop and you can't bottle fairies so you have to bring bottles of milk or potions in dungeons. If you play with this with x4 or even x8 damage taken you REALLY want to get heart containers

Oh and on a Tandy 1000 I suggest using
>HD Controller: Acculogic XT IDE
>FD Controller: Magitronic B215
>Floppy #1: 5.25" either 360k or 1.2M (MS-DOS 3.30 and 5.0 didn't want to read for me with a 720k drive for some reason, even though they're 360k floppies)
>Floppy #2: 5.25" 720k

OR

If you don't need an MS-DOS version newer than 2.11 AND weren't going to use an HDD for anything else than DOS, the Tandy 1000 HX has MS-DOS 2.11 in ROM and will boot into it if there's no floppy in drive A:, in which case you won't need to use an HD controller or HDD

>The first AWE32 card, CT3900, was a full-length 14" (356 mm) 16-bit ISA card. This had a true Yamaha OPL3 chip, as did the CT2760 and CT3780 that followed.
>Non-Plug & Play (PnP) models have a CT-1747 bus interface chip which integrates a licensed Yamaha OPL3 core
This anon is right. Yes there are variants with the shitty CQM, but the ones with the 1747 chip have true OPL3

He's right about the jank but you guys aren't getting the bigger picture. Just because a game has jank controls does not make it bad.

The final redpill is realizing that gameplay isn't that important compared to presentation/music/art direction/etc. All of the most popular games of all time wouldn't be as loved as they are if the games had no real art direction or music and all of the characters were just spheres and cubes. For example Silent Hill has jank controls but it's still one of the greatest classics because of everything else

>without the 3 day cycle
Anon, you clearly haven't played the game. You can't remove the 3 day cycle without removing most of the content because it depends on it. Tons of NPCs have schedules that depend on the time and do different and specific things each day. The 3 day cycle mechanic is what makes the game so interesting. Because you can give NPCs hand-made schedules that change depending on the day plus quest status which is extremely soulful compared to generic schedules that are the same every day and only change when you interact with NPCs
The cycle allows for stuff like Anju's story that progresses even if you don't interact with her at all. Basically it allows the world to move on even without you, which doesn't happen in most games.
If you don't like the 3 day cycle then don't play MM because the game is all about it and depends on it to work

>This one upset out of thousands of matches is supposed to prove something?
It wasn't an upset. Your boy FSP is using all the advice you and your scrub buddies are giving in this thread and where did it get him? You'd think FSP would be getting perfects by studying frame data, combos and match ups but all it did was send him to the losers bracket. The point is you should learn on your own and not try to copy the very best players or this will happen to you.

It's obviously not canon and just an in-game joke. Also Michel Ancel, the creator of Rayman himself, said that the Dreamcast version is his favorite. But I'm sure you know which version of Rayman 2 is the best better than it's own creator
