It's a shame to lose a nice 32'' CRT like that, but I honestly don't feel qualified to go monkeying around in it, trying to fix it.
Not currently at least. I'd toss it up in the attic to try and work on later, but that's exactly what I said I'd do with the Memorex; Three years ago.

Strange. It's usually edge focus that's a problem, not center focus.
