The Sega CD/ Mega CD port is the only one released in english. It's PCEngine CD-ROM counterpart was less censored than the Sega CD port. There were things in the PCE version that would have never flied in the west. And to be honest, the censorship in the Sega CD port is minimal. You don't miss it.

The Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation ports had additional censorship over the Sega CD port. Out of these two the Playstation port has more censorship than the Saturn port.

These ports have a lot of redone artwork, including CG backgrounds and cutscenes that replace the original artwork. To be honest, it really hasn't aged well in either version. Though some of the higher colour handdrawn artwork does look pretty nice.
