Yes thank you, I get it. I can change the knobs on my tv. I was looking for a solution that didn't involve constant reconfiguring every time I switch consoles.

Anyways, the actual issue was just that I wired the voltage regulator incorrectly. I was regulating the output of the NES stock regulator instead of the input. Shows how much I know, but at the time it made sense... All my issues are fixed. I will post vanity screens later.
