Thrift shops, Goodwill, estate sales, and on occasion garage sales. This actually reminds me I almost got an Xbox 360 for like forty bucks a few months ago. I would actually recommend avoiding eBay since they're known to jack up the price as high as they can these days. Retro game shops used to be good too but then they just started checking prices online and going by that.
