Oh wow. This lends credence to my theory that the STARS photo found in RE2 is traced over a real drawing of a team, with another photo of a heli added. Could it be from a film or was it some police graduation?

This is the real RE mystery image. It's clearly based on a real image or images.

The Heli is untouched but te people were traced over and redrawn as STARS members.

What in the flying hell did a small mid-western town need all this? This is the kind of team you'd use to take on cartels in south/central America.

cause they are casuals who have not played the series since the beginning.

only by knowing the evolution of the game and plot can you get to appreciate the masterpiece that this game is and the summit it achieved.
