Yeah but totally different because, unlike in Sonic, you don't control the ball at all other than making it jump a bit (like when tilting a bit on a pinball board).
It's actually more similar to the bonus stages on Sonic 4, because you actually move the map around the ball, but On The Ball does it in a much better way.

Cameltry is an underrated masterpiece.

Cameltry (On The Ball in the west)

Pretty unique game, although very simple, you need to make a small blue ball go through a maze, but you control the maze, not the ball (you can make the ball bump a bit though).
The art direction in the game is pretty surreal, and there's a sort of plot involving a goddess or something. Depending on the difficulty you choose, it has different endings.
I completed it on all difficulties years ago, it's like 200 stages or so. Pretty damn addictive. The music is also weird and unsettling, but it gets repetitive because there's only 2 or 3 tracks.
background graphics also repeat a lot, but it's understandable since it has so many levels.

Anyway, this is a must play.
