That scene is from Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles for the Nintendo Wii.

The Darkside Chronicles is an on-rails lightgun game that recreates events from Resident Evil 2 and Code Veronica. In the Dreamcast original game, they never show Claire from that angle during that scene.
