/vr/ - Retro Games

I've been playing Sonic Advance 2 on my Samsung Galaxy M30, using a MOCUTE 060 controller, and its been a blast. I finished the 1st one with Sonic, didn't go for the other characters because I've always prefered to just play as Sonic, and didn't go for 100% because I know of the Advance series' reputation for it... anyways this is just as good as the 1st, but in a different way, while the original felt more like a Genesis title, this feels closer to the Boost titles, but 2D and without a proper button for it, anyways it's exhilirating and fun in its own way, it feels like the difference between Sonic 1 and Sonic 2, but even more extreme. I seriously can't recommend this series enough... except for completionists, of course, in that case it's not too fun.
