Well, I don't have many commitments currently.
I am also a talented 3d artist and found that I can block out (and pose) a character in 3D and use that as a basis for for the spritework. It basically cuts the work in half when it comes to enemies.

And I never said it was going to be exactly like Doom/Duke. I am thinking of ways to set it apart from what was done in the past. I want the old school combat, but maybe structure it differently.

hmm, maybe going with the episodic structure isn't a good idea.

What's the best Doom clone that isn't Doom or Duke?
