I would like separate lists for both the Hu-card/Turbo Chip and CD formats.

I would like to explore more of this console's library.

Legendary Axe is a poor man's Castlevania.

Dungeon Explorer is only decent if you got multiple people playing with you, otherwise its not worth your time. Dungeon Explorer II is great though, however, its never been re-released unfortunately.

Air Zonk is a good shmup, but there are lots of other good shmups on the console (this is probably the genre that the Turbo was the strongest in)

I cannot think of any games on it that compare with the strongest titles on the SNES and Genesis, or even the NES. Gunstar Heroes is definitely a more standout title than anything on the Turbo.

Castlevania Rondo of Blood is a great Castlevania title, and Ys Book I and II is a piece of gaming history (first game to really show the potential of the CD format for gaming). Some of the Turbo's best games ended up being ported to other consoles (namely Bomberman 94 and Devil's Crush).

The two Thunder games on the Turbo CD are overrated imo. People love to rave about their soundtracks bit forget they are drowned out by annoying sound effects half of the time.

A lot of the console's best games never left Japan or got released on the Virtual Console (Dungeon Explorer II and Parasol Stars never got Western VC releases despite them being released on the Japanese VC and having been released outside Japan).

Galaga 90 and Soldier Blade are the best shmups on it imo, and probably among the best of that generation. Star Parodier is probably the best beginner shmup, and is a very charming game overall.

Chew Man Fu is also an underrated title that needs more love than it gets (it has hundeds of levels, a co-op mode, a versus mode, and a mode to create your own levels).

SNES and Genesis are my favorite consoles. Turbografx was a competitor to those two that I barely scratched the surface to (only have six titles so far).

Right now I have:
Castlevania Rondo of Blood
Ys Book I and II
Star Parodier
Soldier Blade
Bomberman 94
Detana Twinbee

Any other titles that are among the best on this console that I can get off the Wii's Virtual Console?
