Custom Combo is basic... if you want to. It allows for a lot of player's own creativity at using it.
Presentation is amazing. In fact most people like Alpha 2 the best because of its presentation. Great stages, music, and let's not forget the intro cutscene.

Sakura fights in the back alley of some residential neighborhood.

I like this stage because it makes me think that you can find her rushing home, and of course she still lives with her parents even though they're never seen.

The kid in the background hilariously rages at the TV and throws his controller when the match ends.
