i'm a bit confused by this sync stuff.. maybe someone could shed some light on the situation for me !

i'm looking at getting a some rgb scart cables to run my ps2 & wii into a sony pvm 20m4e.
do i need to get csync or the cheaper sync on luma? will both type of cables work or only one?
if i understand correctly, csync will provide a cleaner picture.. but is it even something i'll notice with those consoles and that set up.
