On the cover it might seem like the SSG is a good weapon for it but the PLSG is the way to go. It has a higher dps and it causes stunlock and you can deal with the spawns that happen afterwards.
they are ANTI rocket launcher, you're supposed to be goaded into using that then get fucked over by the skulls it spits
Sometimes a BFG is what you have to do. It can be worth it depending on the map. If they get in the way of escaping a stampede, youll just have to clear a path.
