I know I'm super late for this, but there's another cool thing going on with Lo Wang's fists: if your hit a wall with them, you take damage of course. But if you actually try to hit a dummy, you'll slowly regenerate health while Lo Wang is training.
Just thought that was a neat fact about SW that I don't see many people talk about
