Thoughts on the series? Is there a way to play the games in english?

Anyone remember Sakura Wars?

Been wanting to play this for a long time but where to start? The first game on Saturn or the anime, of which there was a TV series and an OVA and a film... so much stuff, where do I start?

How many SRPG battles are there in Sakura Wars 1? How many episodes in total is the game?

It does seem to me like VNs are the one genre where fan-translators tend to go for either "perceived best ones" or "associated with a famous name"

And fair enough, I enjoyed BB when I played it back in the days.

Tokimemo's girls seem rather bland by today's standards but I do think they have the best gameplay - a lot of stat management games don't seem to capture the fun of Tokimemo for some reason.

Pic is something I think where the heroines aged pretty well.
