What is a decent controller to buy to use with a retron 5 for snes games?

im 2 controllers in. one was a snes clone with so much lag it hurt and the other was a almost gamecube like controller that has a d pad from hell.

do i have to get a gross used OG controller or do you anons have any suggestions?
