I have been playing some of the earlier PS2 titles lately and would like to talk about them somewhere but the are too modern for /vr/ and apart from MGS2 /v/ doesn't give a fuck about them either. However I wouldn't want to talk about them on /vr/ but wish we had 3 video game boards:

/vr/ - Retro Games for 4th gen and older systems
/vmc/ - Modern Classic Games for 5th and 6th gen games
/v/ - "Video Games" for general shitposting, meme of the month and occasionally talking about 7th and 8th gen games

This should keep the number of posters on their respective boards small enough to discourage shitposting but still mean the boards would be active enough to have new posts more often than once per day. Pic related, I simply don't want /vr/ to reach the stage at 5th panel which is what would happen if 6th gen systems were allowed here.

If it was up to me we'd had 3 boards:
