Make some higher tier enemies more challenging and complex, the ATC guys are often more challenging that things like barons, mancubus of skeletons
Make the normal shotgun more satisfying to use.
More grenades
More punching
Slow motion, I mean, the mod it's practically based off FEAR
Maybe an alternate suit designed for only punching and grenades, I love going melee on that mod more that I should.
