The stage is a little frustrating, especially with the electric sea weed and bars of electricity. But the stage is not impossible to get through.

I actually find pic related from Earthworm Jim to be more annoying to play through.

this was such bullshit even the developers admitted it was too hard. one of them said (in a youtube comment) they just got too good while play testing and didn't realize how hard it was. (i remember "For Pete's Sake" being a runner up for annoyingly-hard levels in this game, too.)

There´s a hidden oxygen tube at the mid-level, behind what seems like a solid wall. It gave you 99 or 60 seconds, I don´t remember it very well.
