Super Mario World.
It was my first and an excellent introduction to the world of video games.

And for music; I dunno. I guess some Beatles, Beach Boys, or Creedence. Further down the road, I'll introduce him to bands like Gentle Giant, King Crimson, and Frank Zappa.

I got an old CRT TV from my boss. Thing is, image displays with a thin horizontal line at the middle. The lower part of the image displays correctly, while the upper part is all messed up.

From what I've googled, it's a lost cause and they tell you to throw it away. So what parts of the TV can I rescue before into the trash it goes?

No fucking question. At least on DKC, this was the best buddy. Every other one felt more like a hassle and had weird controls, except maybe for Rambi, but Squitter was 10/10. You could go anywhere shooting those webs around. Also only 80s kids would remember those caterpillar/centipede wearing shoes plushies that were popular in the late 80s/very early 90s.
