I was one of those kids, but I did have the attention spand interest. I loved those carts, the ones I had were some of the most fun I had in the gba. I was able to play Metroid, Excitebike, and Zelda 2 before I knew about emulators. I'm not saying its an ideal way to play those games, but it was how I played those games, damn it, and I had a blast.
