It's not that. I just have never seen something that looked that shit on LCD aside from Resident Evil upscaled, but that's because it's a tiny image increased in size while the models are rendered at the upscaled resolution. Usually it's something like a gradient becoming more smooth, a brighter pixel filling the darker areas like Dracula's eyes in SOTN, etc. I don't know what the fucks going on there though. It almost looks doctored.

Somethings off with that screenshot. Leon doesn't really sit into the image. Anyone else see it? It's almost like the 1080p emulator screenshots I've seen but more subtle.
