I'm not IMX, but I'll post this image and another that I have laying around.
This (obviously) is a sketch of the cyberdemon.

I wont claim to speak for /vr/ but I can tell you my views.

>Brutal Doom

A gameplay modification that brought many people a new take on Doom and some who were introduced (or had interest revived) through it have moved onto other things doom, some of them have also become mappers and modders (and no they dont just make everything for Brutal).

I dont like the idea that some people will never play doom without it, though I hate even more purist retards who want everything in doom to remain exactly the same and so assume hatred to everybody who has used it.

The reason the doom community even exists as it does now is thanks to modding.

>Using texture filtering

I play in GZDoom myself usually, I like it smoothing out the edges. Some people dont and that is fine too.

>Doom community forums (zdoom.org, zandronum.com etc.)

I only really interact with Zdoom and R667 though I visit the others sometimes. Community drama is lame and to me Doom is a way of enjoying a shooter experience still kept close to what Doom wants to be.

Overall I find the two communities pretty pleasant, they move at a good speed and there is always somebody to help.
I cant speak for any others though.

I make a map in doom builder 2 (that uses 1 custom enemy) and I can playtest it just fine, though when I save the wad and try to load it outside doom builder 2, I get the "!" icon.
How can I fix this so it saves with added resources?

I've tried dropping the wad file in via slade and that does not seem to fix it. Where have I goofed?
