I think I have an exteme case of "turn based games fucking SUCK" attitude. I tried so hard to like jrpgs because I fucking love their music and generally their art direction and monster designs. But holy fuck their stories and their gameplay are always absolute trash.

Luckily I still had loads of fun with the Mana games and tactics games like shining force. But I cannot for the love of me get into FF or DQ at all, I really just can't understand the appeal.
