I'll chime in on the Silent Hill conversation. I think the first game is my favorite, but all of them feel unique and are worth playing. Something about the original feels very terrifying and it's one of the few games to ever actually scare me. The intro is fucking amazing. I'll never forget it. I am really happy I bought all of these games 10 years ago. Also, I never know the answer to this. Why is Silent Hill 1 the only game to have snow while the rest don't? The fog is in the rest of series but not the snow

I think this is the best place to ask this question. Why is Silent Hill (and the series in general) going up in price so much as of late? There isn't any new games coming out, and Konami is basically never doing a SH game again (thank god). I am honestly boggled why this sharp rise in price has happened over the last 2 years. SH 1 - 4 are all around 40 bucks or so. A few years ago everything was 20 bucks max for CIB. Sorry for the rant, just am curious

Have you never looked into the insanity that was the Silent Hill 1/2 HD "Remaster"? They lost the fucking source code and it was a disaster.

Why is it that Silent Hill only has snow in the first game? Has anyone else noticed this?! I was always curious behind the reason for this.. and have never found an explanation.

Seriously, the intro is a mind fuck. Going into that ally and the siren hits... Everything fades to black and you're running for your life.

I just loved it. I think it's over looked by so many because of the dated graphics. The atmosphere is impeccable though...
