Nothing really tops your example, but if we're gonna use the word "crazy" then surely Doki Doki Yuuenchi: Crazyland Daisakusen is worth mentioning.

It was almost licensed under a proper name in US but got cancelled and yuros slapped a Troll doll trademark on it.

Fully playable betas, cancelled prototypes, US localizations and games that were featured in magazines as upcoming releases but never actually made it to the finish line.

How do you feel about modern manufactures selling these games on physical cartridges? Is it good that we finally have them released (with or without license) or not?
