The Library isn't that bad, and The Truth and Reconciliation can easily become the toughest level on Legendary if you drop your sniper.

You know, sometimes it doesn't really matter all that much, but in the case of Sons of Liberty, you really should play Metal Gear Solid beforehand. It's even better if you play them back to back.
